House Renovation Effort

 

    Although we are extremely excited about our substantial growth and, as a result, our recognition as one of the prominent Greek organizations on the U of A campus, we have outgrown our current house, aka “the shoe box”.   Thankfully, through the great foresight of our graduate brothers, our housing committee has been hard at work to determine the best possible housing solution for our chapter. After much deliberation, the committee has decided on renovation and expansion of our current location at 10 N. Garland. Construction on renovations and expansion will begin Fall 2010 with a targeted move in date of August 2011.  During this time, the current undergraduate members will be living in the Gladson Ripley Dormitory. The current renovation will add over 6000 square feet with new, larger rooms and greatly expanded common areas.  Pictured below is the preliminary designs:
